    Left to right:
    1. First two are both pink dot fat caps, good for fills and bold outlines, they'll be quicker than a soft cap but will drink more paint.
    2. Middle one is a needle cap DON'T USE for painting thin outlines and detail, great for chucking paint up the wall for high up tags, almost like a mini fire extinguisher.
    3. Astro Fat, can get your fill done in seconds, pretty loud though
    4. Banana Skinny, think it might be an ultra thin, good for detail
    5. NY skinny
    6. Belton stock cap, great for fluffy outlines that give an old-school car paint look

Whats up guys. I'm pretty new to working with spray paint as a medium and I was wondering which brand I should get to paint a mural on a brick wall. I was thinking either All City or Fresh Paint because their prices are pretty decent. Any pros or cons to either spray paint or like any advice on a different brand would be pretty frickin bad ass. Thanks in advance

    Hey guys

As far as caps, does anyone know of anything made thinner than NY Super Skinnies?
    I haven't tried montana level1s but I have montana 3's and I'm not really a fan

    Thanks

Aint tried either of those brands but
ALL CITY sounds dope as hell for graffiti.

You wanna test your paint before you start your project, make sure the pigment is in it. Sometimes when you try new brands you find theyve got junk pigment in them and come out all watery or runny.

Ive had really good results with Rustoleum Painters Choice 2x for an off the shelf brand. Even the yellow isnt clear.

Zenith, if you want an even skinnier line you can try clearing the line, spray some paint out like normal, then stop, flip it upside down, and move fast for your line and spray upside down until the line clears. We used to donit with krylon.

    best caps imo.
boston fats. rusto fats. ny fats. pink dots. and lately ive been into the montana level 6 caps they're fatter than honey boo boos momma and spread chrome like a beast. ive used the level 6 on flame chrome montana black chrome and molotow xxl cans and they work wonders. ive literately filled in four letter throws in under 15 seconds.

i just use stock rusto caps to outline tbh or rusto fats. the aa double coverage cans cover any chrome pretty nicely.

Best female cap? The ones on the Pam cans don't fit anymore. I've found a few fat(ish) ones from various industrial cleaning sprays. Nothing really worth much imo. Was thinking of getting the female cap sampler pack from art primo, but eh..

Any suggestions for cap combinations best for portraits? I was thinking about the Montana caps with an ny fat. But I want some information from someone with a bit more experience.

CMC is proud to officially announce our new line up of vintage spray heads. We spent the last year researching and trial testing these caps to bring you the best product possible. Introducing the CMC Jiffy cap, modeled after the infamous stock cap found on Jifoam oven cleaner, and the CMC Wally cap, modeled after the original stock cap found on Big Wally Wall Washer, the foaming-action household cleaner.

I still go with rustos with an adapter and a ny fat since I don't have access to any fancy paint

i personally get the thinnest lines with gold dots and using a light touch on the valve while almost scraping the can against the wall
