mi friends pulled up to a parking and got out of th car to go sumwhere so one of them decides to tag an apartment wit a streaker he tags it and sum lady and a guy see him and start saying they were gonna call the cops plus they couldnt run away cus the bitch would of wrote down the liscense plate of the car so mi friend had to use a paper towel to wash it off and he had to give away his two color streaker ok what should mi friend have done in this situatiom to avoid the bullshit? and dont say jump the lady and the guy cus he wouldnt do that i wouldd probably tho

he joined a long time ago just only has 6 posts. seriously, if you are strapped or roll with any weapons, brandish them, and ask people if they really wanna be heros. sure, this adds to the illegality of what you are doing, but if you saw someone break a window or something and tried to ask them what they were doing, and in response they pulled up thier shirt to reveal a gun and asked you if you wanna be a hero, what would you do? for people who dont wanna be in more trouble, dont have weapons, and dont need more charges on thier record, just leave. even if they get your plate numbers it is very hard to build a case based solely on that and some random witness, unless of course you are #1 on the vandals squads list of people they want to nab (in which case you arent on an internet forum to begin with) and if you are parked nearby, and you dont want to get your plate number written down, just beat feet and come back later for your car or have a friend get it. in the case of a streaker, what cop is gonna waste thier time tracking you down over suspected marker writing?
