early morning if ur hittn hot public spots, like 3-5am, if a cop sees sum1, especialy a juvenile, walking around at 12-3 theyll be suspicious as shit, around 5 they think ur an early bird if its a less-urban public spot like in the suburbs just pretend 2 be a jogger n do it round 5am or just do train trax (not yards) n shit in the day, no1s gunna be there, and u culd prolly hit a yard if its sunday
