i figured this was the best place to ask. a couple days ago was catching a tag. and some apparenty there was an "off duty California Highway Patrol Officer" at the intersection. he rolled dow his window and said he had my picture and as turning it into the SO office. the question is. can they use that shit? Is a grainy cell pic enough evidence to get me in trouble? and will they even be able to find me in a system? I dont even have any priors so Im guessing they cant. but its been bugging me for a while.
They only ship spraypaint within the U.S.I dont get how they bill you though. Do they send you a bill or is it online payment? Well I can tell you one thing. I looked and it only said NO SPRAY PAINT except within the U.S. Did'nt say anything about markers or inks so I'm pretty sure it'd be okay.
if i use latex paint will it chip lots and will people be able to just scrape it up and make it look shitty?
What do you mean? Im saying do it somewhere like....I dont know high up so someone wont write over it or try getting it off.
like indoor house paint? its almost like acrylic but it stands up to the weather better, people will have no problem getting it off with one of those magic erasers or a rag with hot water. i added some kinda glaze shit for clay sculpting to it and it made it really hard and shiny. it was harder to get off but no where near ink or oil based paint. edit: chemical cleaners adn oil based paint on plastic windows dont mix. it fucked up two windows worse when they tried to remove it.
