Well if you're dumb enough to do it in the burbs or in a rural area, then yes it'll narrow it down. But you do it inner city, NO ONE will notice, no care. I mean in NYC there's 15 million people, the cops will have NOTHING on you if you give TK, I mean for all we know it could be Terry Kennedy, Terrance Klark, Thelma Keis, I mean really if you bomb in the city, there's nothing to worry about.

when filling in a blackbook...do you fill in before outlining...because i always outline then fill but the fill smears witht the outline....how can i not get those to mix....is it just from precise penmanship?
