I figure, if ur doing something that goes against the law, no matter what the fuck ur wearing a cop is going to take a second look at u puttin a tag up on the bus stop, ect. so wear what u want, but dont think it makes u invisible... Bombing clothes = School clothes
haha i think some one would b a little more suspicious if they saw a kid in full camo tucking and rolling around on the ground
Yeah I didn't read the whole thread (too much irrelevant talk) so I don't know if anyones said this stuff already but I'mma put my two cent in anyhow. Like 2 weeks ago someone mentioned the myth about black thread but I couldn't find it 'n it made sense that black stood out so I did a lil research 'n found some shit about ninjas, you know you wanna be a ninja! Anyway I read some shit about myths of ninjas, and ninjas didn't wear black yo, they would sometimes wear dark or navy blue because thats the color of the sky at night or something. But also ninjas would dress up as peasants and shit, which reflects the dress up like a hobo idea some have thrown out. I think it'd be a good idea to switch it up, if your gonna be out a lil early or something 'n you know people will be around and see you, dress up like a nerd or something else that doesn't look 'vandal-like' but if your out late 'n your tryin' to stay completely out of sight then it'd probably be a good idea to wear your dark grey or blue (or whatever) hoodie especially if your gonna be in the distance from where people could be so you can just duck down and someone 20ft+ won't even notice. 'n to the cat who said no matter what your wearin' it don't matter if you do somethin' illegal, the point is to not get seen actually DOING it, and to not be profiled by police. If you hit a wall, then walk down to a shop to get a drink 'n some cop who happens to be there sees this sketchy kid in a black hoodie come in, maybe a hat or even paint on your hands, then hes gonna think your up to some shit, if not shoplifting he might see the throwie you did when he leaves (why not if you hit a good spot) and be like "damn I should find that kid I bet he did that" next thing you know hes followin' you without your knowledge and catches you in the act. Now if your wearin' a button up shirt, glasses, and tight pants with a belt then the cops probably not gonna think "damn that nerd mighta done that since he was in the area!" hes probably not even gonna take you into consideration. ALSO, people love givin' pigs info, if they think they see somethin' sketchy they feel cool as hell to be an informer, like they know what goes in the streets or some shit...I don't know. But lots of times cops will gather info from people in the area, then people say "I seen a kid in a black hoodie and black pants in this area the past 3 nights when the vandalism took place" next thing you know, you get picked up because you fit a description. Think I'm bein' paranoid? Yeah, don't take my advice 'n wait till you get caught. Everyone I see who goes around with the attitude "oh I'm not gonna get caught, I tag in daytime 'n if anyone asks I just say I'm writin' my name" or whatever activity they think their gettin' away with, those people end up gettin' caught a lot, heat builds up fast, every lil mistake you make has the potential to catch up with you, whether you accidently talk about writing and drop graff names in front of a 'victim' business owner, or accidently drop your black book in public when you don't know an off duty cop just walked by and saw what you write. I'm just sayin', be careful yo, shits not like it was in the '80s when people could write their real name on a train and not even get caught, I hate to hear about writers gettin' caught, breaks my fuckin' heart, ESPECIALLY when it was easily avoidable, just take precaution yo.
i just wear shit thatly keep me warm lol i think a good pair of boots and like a biker mask is dope like steel toes though just in case some guys want to muscle lol
i wish i could stop the whole world like put it on pause for a day.. an rack a shit load of cans...then hit every an any spot i want ..o_0
i wear anything i want. when people want to see you, they will, it doesn't matter if your clothes are dark blue or black that much.
A good tip for all you writers to have to seperate photobuckets and e-mails..: One for graff etc... And private if you want to of course... I happilly do not need that because police by us they are just thinking about our local hip hop forums and that is that...
they can see your IP, so my tip is have seperate computers, one for graff etc.. or just dont tell/show everything you do on the internet.
word the best to wear is darker cool colors, blue green etc. dont wear all fukin black u stand out like a sore thumb and dress normal otherwise people suspect u, so basicly a dark hoody, jeans an some fast ass running shoes
these days ive been rocking the browns and some tan, they seem to be a good urban color, not to dark not to light. And shoe wise ive adopted combat boots. And i recommend that shit to the masses. their made for running and climbing and getting muddy and shit. Traction is no problem and if it comes down to it you could stomp the shit outta someone with em
you sould for sure dress like a homeless person or whatever the people in the area your going to be going into dress like. black brown whatever. blending in is vital.
Personally I'm all about the not lookin like a hoodlum thang. I roll out in camo pants and a decent blazer that I don't care if it get's a little trashed. Looks like i just came from a gathering of friend's or a date or something...besides, If you gotta look, look good
