Yeah I have the money to buy it but I'm not old enoguh :/ The ace hardware and the sears round here don't have cages though neither does the walmart so i can usually rack paint pretty easy from there, so I've been doing that and trying to get better with paint and you have to be 18 to buy paint anywhere in the us I'm pretty sure
i dont buy it from the stores. i get it from my friend. he sells it to me for $2 a can. i have no clue where he gets it. and every once in a while i can get my mom to buy it for me.
in LA the age is 18. and im pretty sure its the same all over the US. but im pretty sure in some of the small towns they dont really care about age. and also theres a few stores around my house that dont card.
