The point is to have artists from all over showing off their handies and shit with Illadel ink.
So if you have some of his product and want your picture up on the site type of deal.

word is bond i hear that adding Naptha/Coleman fuel to Do Em Dirty is a really good idea, cause they're Non Polar solvents and it like eats a way at the metal/whatever you're writing on making the tags last longer.

i thought do em dirty already had naptha "based on biz n rogues recipe"

tattoo ink is either water or alcohol based. which limites ur "ink" down 50%. doubt ud like using waterbased ink. and either way the alcohol base isnt much either. sorry for lack of info. but just the word for it and use tattoo ink for tattoos.

i'm not 100% sure what the conversation is,but if you add linseed oil to paint,i'm pretty sure it will make the paint mix thicker...if you look at a bottle of linseed oil that shit looks pretty thick...add that to paint that's thick already and it'll just get thicker...maybe if you already thinned your mix too much you can add the linseed oil to thicken it back up,but i don't think it will thin it out at all.....i could be wrong, but i always ask them old heads that work at the art supply shops questions about shit and they never told me about thinning shit with linseed oil...you can mix straight pigment with it and make paint though....

i think were actually both right. i remember lookin at a site where they used linseed oil to make paint for painting "u kno. the ones in those metal tubes n shit" that stuff is thick as hell. and the linseed oil used what a brown clear color that was pretty dam thick.

my guess this is the thick one ur talkin about View attachment 399681

heres the one that i mentioned http://images.orgill.com/200x200/8379794.jpg

im basing my shit on the fact that smooth used that to thin his nevermore paint. he said it thins as down as you want and still stays opaque

A small amount of Boiled Linseed Oil may be added to oil-based paint to IMPROVE FLOW, lessen brush drag, and increase both the gloss and durability of the dried paint. Follow the coating manufacturer’s instructions for the addition of Boiled Linseed Oil. Do not use more than the recommended amount.

says it improves flow. thanks for being the only one to question me. if u dont find the mistake then dumbasses will be wonderin why thier paint just go thicker hahaha take care man.

I went to my local graff shop today, picked up some unipaints and went to the art shop by it. I asked about linseed oil and the guy told me its probably the best thinner to use only because it's all natural and it keeps the opacity of the paint while still thinning it. But the one they had was boiled linseed oil and not thick at all.

Ouzo doesn't have any linseed in it, dude...
It's just a Anise flavoured liqeur. You'd probably be better off just using rubbing alcohol, because all those flavourings and stuff are probably just taking away from the quality.

I'm a little confused with this tutorial from the Inks And Recipes sticky:
    [Broken External Image]:http://www.unlimitedimagehosting.com/images/23090004.jpg
The bottle says Leather Paint, but in the bottom he says use acrylics? So wtf do I use?
Has anyone tried it? If you have what are some tips you might have? haha thanks in advance

he says what he says clearly. dont worry bout the purple leather paint. use w.e color acrylic you want and mix it with the same color in leather dye. "just to stay on his recipe" my guess is "leather paint" is just another fancy word for waterfuckinbased.

    tips? add polyurethene. ^sp =D

Is pure woodstain in a mop any good or is it better if its better with other inks like grog in a 3/4 grog 1/4 woodstain ratio?

    cheers.
