About 2 weeks ago me my boy went on a bombing mission for about 3 hours, on the wayback to the car my friend stupidly tags an outer wall next to an apartment complex, were about 100 yards from the car and we see some cop looking figures booking it towards us. They take us to the curb asking us shit (deny deny deny) finnaly cuff him and put em in the car. Then 3 cops come to me tellin me he said I did the tag and I planned some super mission bombing the whole town. Me: "You really think that will go through with 1 can of paint that is almost full?" Cops: "Thats just what your buddys sayin"
Me: "Um he's probably not but uh.........okaaayyyy. I end up with curfew only(17) and he gets misdemeanor vandal. 10 hours community service, and 6 months probation without an officer. Damn that took too many words for that story.

i hate how they always try to turn people against their own friends, just so they can use what you say as evidence. happened to me when i got caught stealing, the guy tried telling me that my own sister told him i stole and that, that was my plan to start with and that ive stolen there before.

I looked at him like he was retarded and said "i already admitted to stealing, she had nothing to do with it and she didn't even know that i was going to steal. why would my own SISTER say something like that to strangers she doesnt even know. and you should really double check because if it were my intentions to steal, i wouldnt be carrying any money with me, and probably wouldnt have stolen something so small. you're lying right now and thats just as bad as stealing." the idiot thought that she was my friend or something and since it was all males there, they werent allowed to check her.

i never bomb/rack with people i dont 100% trust. it'll only make it easier for them to convince me that the other person did rat me out. if anytime someone tries to tell you that another person said something that could possibly provoke you to spill out some shit about them, dont ever believe it especially if they are saying its from someone you know well. their worst fear is that you'll catch on to what they're trying to do.

yo whenever i get pulled over, i already start telling our story. don't freak, give him license and registration... keep telling the story incase he tries freakin' us out. make sure it's accurate. any questions we didn't cover we don't answer.

also if we're coming from a certain direction, we just say we were coming from so and so's house (preferably a non felon) and they live here and that's why we're on this road. make sense?

fa sho i just ended a friendship with a fuck ass kid who said that i tagged with him, and his excuse for snitchin' me out was "bro they had a good feeling it was you anyway they would have charged you anyway". what a fucking idiot. he thinks that suspicion means arrest them.

always roll with kids that got heart.

Tbh i wouldnt rat anyone out. even if im not close to the person, id try to defend the other person as much as i can. if they told me that im going to jail or something i would demand evidence to prove that i did in fact take part in it, they can't put you in jail for not talking.

if i did have something to do with it, then id take the fall for it. theres no need to rat other people out just so you can have someone to sit next to in jail.

i agree with you completely. but theres no point in falling for somebody elses crime. if they say im gunna be doing 9 months in county lockup if i dont tell them who really did it, im gunna tell them who really did it. take a fall for your own shit. not other peoples.

one of my best friends got arrested today for coming to school drunk, having a knife on him, and resisting arrest. his parents arent bailing him out so he will be in there for a little bit. it's sad shit because he is going brain dead, he gets fucked up more than once every day..

If he gets fucked up daily, the best place for him to be is either jail, or an asylum.

the kind of jails they put people under 18 isn't that bad.
and an asylum.. .you can be taken care of.

but id never want to be in either of those, unless i had no family/money/food/etc

^^ i was just thinking. juvenile is a vacation compared to "big boy jail"... but then there's state and that makes jail look like a picnic as well. in jail people aren't fed up and angry like the people are in state pen.

in jail you have alot less shit than you do in prison, barely any yard time, no smoking, no drugs, shittier food. because they havent classified people yet so its on a constant lockdown because they dont know what to expect so in that respect its shittier.

but then you finally get to the joint and its a million times worse. its politics and mind games and fear and being on edge all day every day. and being treated like a fucking animal, like you beneath a dog, it messes with your mind and eats away at you slowly.theres nothing legit about it.

friend did a year in state... said that all that bullshit is true bout how blacks chill with blacks and the white boys chill with the white boys and so on.. and that if you're a white boy whos down with the black clique that everyone knows you.

    sounds like people get bored.

prison is the most racist place ive ever been. you stay with your own people or you'll get called the fuck out, and thats a fact. if you do so much as let a black or mexican touch you it causes a world of trouble. if your a white boy trying to slap hands with blacks your not going to be around long.

The worst that they can do here is send someone to rikers island, other than that they send juveniles upstate. you get a individual facility of your own, a bed, toilet, sink, food, and some outside time. i've only been on a school field trip to the one upstate, and it doesnt look that bad since the worse thing a person did in the entire place was kill someone.

my friend, 19, is at rikers island cause his gf's dad called the police after he found out that he had sex with his 14year old daughter. and then the father told the cops that he also did graffiti, and they didnt even hesitate to cuff him. he gave his blackbook to his gf so they used that as evidence, and he also had pics of his work in a seperate book. he has to do another 2years in jail, and then 400 hours of community service, and needs to be at least 50yards away from his gf unless court or the father says other wise.

last time i got to visit was last summer, he told me his cellmate strangled his own daughters, and snuck a spoon back from lunch, and was trying to dig out the guard's eye. the guy failed to do so, so instead he tried to dig out his own.

like i said, the only time i wouldnt ever mind going to jail is if i have no family/food/money/shelter/etc.

Pigs pulled me aside while I was in class about 5 years ago, brought me down to the office, I didn't talk, took me to the station 'No Comment' was all I said, after a while I started noticing they were being bitches about it all, I asked if I could call my lawyer (They were surprised I had even mentioned that, no I did not have a lawyer) and they just stopped, drove me back to school, came to my home that evening to apologize and that was that.

If they ever bring you for questioning, just don't tell them anything, don't say anything that could be used to answer a question, if they ask if you're fine, just say 'I'm fine', don't say yes, or no or any of that.

I normally don't say anything cause anything can be used against you, sometimes they even shove words into your mouth. they're willing to lie to get money or get you in trouble. Whenever I'm approached by a cop or an adult i show respect, watch what i say, and i always speak when spoken to.
its mainly like if they were to say: "you know.. i can put you in jail right now for this, but if you just participate, then i might just drop the charges"

i'd say something like: "sir, you can not convict me for something i did not partake in, especially with your alibi being 'probable cause'. it is not your job to determine whether facts and circumstances of YOUR knowledge are sufficient to the actual crime, but false accusations. on the contrary, if you do wish to take this further, than i have no problem with going to court and having the truth be justified."

i know its not a good thing to talk back to an adult especially a cop, but you want them to look pass your age and know that they're not dealing with an idiot. this way, they won't threaten you as much, try anything to make you spill, or convict you of something you didnt do.. or far worse than what you actually did. remember, their worst fear is a well educated person.
