hey so i heard your not supposed to paint over the freight numbers or somthing?,it like makes it heat or some shit.
"stamped" means when youpaint over the numbers on a freight car, they have to repaint them. so they paint a box over top of where the numbers used to be, and stencil new ones on. this means they have to take the car out of service for a while and they dont like to do that.
