Yo man.....the whole point is to work on your craft and push yourself!! Its not about winning or losing! You know...the whole iron sharpens iron thing?? Having him and EBA has taken these battles up a notch for sure. Throw your piece in but also study these pieces they are doing. There are not a lot of opportunities to see multiple writers a level above us all do the same word. It gives ALOT of insight into what's good and not so good. It gives so much opportunity to learn with each battle......and more than anything should provide some real inspiration! A little drunk so sorry for preaching....just don't think anybody should feel intimidated in these battles!! LETS GET AFTER THIS!!!!
Oh, I hear you and agree with you on every point. As you know, back in our day we didn't have the ability to see other styles outside of our respective cities. This place is good to get better and improve. I'm still going to try a burner. I just was talking some lazy smack. I've been working on the name exchanges tho. I got to say, your name is a dope choice. A little bit of chaos and unpredictable. And just from me. I never worry about getting my feelings hurt. Been so long, they are long dead. That's actually pretty good man.The characters are good, the Marge character is properly incorporated into the letters. Handwriting looks good too. The background takes away from the simplicity of the piece and Simpsons /futurama characters though, that's my only gripe with it. It's too busy back there. Would look better with a solid color background.
I wanted to fill the whole bg up with blown up parts of characters, but here is clean for now. Maybe zoidberg, skinner, elfo Finished it
Thanks man.....My daughter was born 11 months ago. Had a picture of my wife while she was 8mo pregnant and decided to use the silhouette. Actually have been thinking about it for a min. but just finally got around to it.
