Other than price alone, why use rusto for this as opposed to montana?

This is a golden rule to build any graffit artist. Also not to be mean but your wasting an unreasonable amount of money to make some seriously ugly shit. Learn what a throw up is, practice in your book, watch The Artist Block on YT.

He's saying it's just not suitable as a name period being that this is a letter based art. There arent very many variants to numbers. You'll understand this later on. You need to choose a word, and that word can have numbers at the beggining or end of it. For example, I write Novel89.
As for throwies, just watch Artist Block and follow his program from the beginning. He's the only reliable internet teacher.
