Just practice, like he said go slow but not snail pace. Keep a steady hand and dont get all nervous just concentrate on what your doing.

well duh your better with a pen in black book! you have been writing like that all your life even if it snt graff, here's a tip, get some cans, tape probably 4-5 peices of paper together, go out in the back of your house late at night (so your not to be seen) and pracitce basic can control. it's what i did the first couple times times till i got basic can contol down, then your set..for basic style

get a good tip wit a decent can not like a belton or montana or nething coz if u can use a cheap can well you should be able to use a good tin.
well if u do lots of pieces in like 1 weeks ur can control is alot better and shit like that.

if ur worried wit 90degree corners just go down 1 side and then go from the other side and join the 2 together if that makes sense

just do one liners. ny fats+krylon and bring like 5 cans with you and do onelines all night.

or take a bunch of cans of white and silver and walk around and do two letter fills and alot of tags. then go back two or three nights later with black and outline them all.

Some can techniques that id like to mention here are: when filling big areas i recommend to use ur thumb or why not also when doing lines. But for me thumb works in big areas and front finger on lines and details. Another thingie that is not actually can control but if and when ur paint starts dripping be fast and go "under" it and start strongly blowing it upwards so the flowing air will stop it from dripping. Works evrytime on me when painting in winter (colder air = more dripping). Practice makes perfect as they say. But theres couple advices which i share u and all who reads this.

i always draw my shit in a blackbook before i go out and lay it. well, not if im doin throw ups or tags, but for a piece i always do.

couple days ago, i couldnt find my bag of tips,so i went in my garage and found a fan tip, like " | " not like " o ", cuz it puts less paint on, then i just went over it like twice, and it was totaly filled, almost seemed quicker than my gold dots.

that wont help. use paint that isnt as much affected by cold. ie. montana and belton. rusto and krylon and similar paints are heavily affected my cold thus the watery consistancy.

For people building can control, use decent paint to start with, if its really drippy shit youll have a harder time.

like everybody else said, move the can fast. if u know how to just let alot of the pressure out and that should work the best. or just order montana alien cans.

dont tell toys to go out and buy montana paint...

thats just a waste of money AND can control.

if you get good with montana AND only montana when it comes down to paint with krylon, painters touch etc. your gonna regret it.
