They only come like half full. And yes, they empty kinda quickly.
Thanks man Is it just the Flowpen that emptys fast? Or is it all paint markers?
My Grans house was getting cleared out. she was an artist So i went into her art room to Looky looky for some ink. I got 400 ml of brick red and 600 ml of indian ink. Poured all the red ink into an empty shampoo bottle. CANT FIND A BLOODY NIB FOR IT. god thats a bastard. Right as i was sayin. Pour in 30 ml of Break fluid or whatever nasty solutions you guys use. Shake. and go destroy some bus stops. h34r:
anybody ever try making a marker out of aplastic clear eyes bottle? i have a red one, and a yellow one. they work good, and they're nice and small, but dont hold much ink...
CHAPSTICK MARKER RECIPE This is a recipe I typed awhile back in the Tools of the Trade thread. http://www.digitalpose.com/mbr/1/30857/p/586256_1848702380118416111_vl.jpg'> WHAT YOU WILL NEED: - Chapstick container. - Pilot ink, or whatever you prefer. - A candle and matches. - A felt chalk board eraser. - An eyedropper (comes with Pilot ink). 1. Get the chapstick container, empty out the chapstick and clean out the container. 2. Melt some wax into it from the candle, so that the bottom is sealed and won't leak any ink. 3. Put in your ink of choice with the eyedropper. i used pilot because it's cheap and flows fine. 3. Get the felt eraser. Rip off one of the strips. cut it about 1/4. Shove that bit into the container, just make sure you can get the cap back on. 4. Finally, get the eyedropper back out and drip some ink onto the nib until it becomes juicy. After that you're ready to go. When the nib gets dry, rejuice it with the eye dropper and ink.
Pretty cool but I don't see any good use for it. With a marker that big I might as well use a fat cap.
holy EDIT hmm... i just moddified a sharpie magnum pulled out the the nib put my ink in and put the nib back in and sealed it up with some silicone so not shure how good it will work all so it seemed drippyyyy... so not sure yet
that nib was way too soft. but basically thats how you make a marker out of anything. people watch that video
makin fun of new kids wont make you cool either.
If anything i was trying to save graffiti by stopping young fools from just going out and buying spray paint to do tags all over everything cuz they think its dope...graffiti isnt supposed to be something you just do....and if theres n e vets in this thread then they will agree when i say once you start writing you will learn that graffiti is a lifestyle not just some part-time hobby....until next time
I really need to make a nice marker, not too big, not too small. Small enough to fit in my pocket, big enough to do a throwup about 2 feet by 2 feet.
