use a pentel super fine, sharpie super fine paint or go out and grab a white gel pen..sounds cheap as shit but it works.

deco whites suck. it takes about 5 strokes over the same line to make them opaque.

Just get any gel pen... steal a box of staedler triplus gel pens, they work real good... plus you get good colors besides white, like silver and gold.
