nah yo i was out late on the ave bombin and i whent up into a parking garge while a local club was getting out so mad drunk adults around at 2 am so a 16 yearold dressed sketch stuck out the copps rolled up im on the secound floor they asked the normal questioning shit while im smoking a cig...they they didnt say shit with smoke floating into the car. chill ass fat black cop was like just walk home safe kid this isnt a nice area especialy at night. i acted nice was like sure dissapearde into the stairwell started to walk down. befor i got to the 1st floor i got cut off by some white cop asked the same shit asked if i was drinking at "the party i was walking hoime from" then asked what was in my bvack pack"nothing" asked to look in it. here its a criminal offence to have permant markers or paint if your under 18. so i said no. he said c'mon whats in it/ i said school stuff. he was like ok get in my car in driving you home. i did and i got a convienent ride home and i had killed most of my cans. bottom line if you say no they cant search your shit without resonable doubt or a warrant. Il give u a situation: this one time a black guy was driving a nice car cops pulled him over cuz he was black driving a nice car. there not aloud to do that.. they check the back of his car he had liek 25 pounds of weed. he went to court and didint get charged at all because there not aloud to do that. and the cops were dumb. theres a billion things the cops could of said though. ex: all they had 2 say was . he was driving a little ou of the ordinairy. and it would of been done. he wouldent of got off or nothing. i cant think of anything they would say to search ur bags. but im sure they have a billion diffrent things to say and reasons they could look in your bag.

Trust and believe that 90% of the time they will do whatever the fuck they want without repercussions.. I mean stick with the no consent shit for court but always expect them to laugh in your face and do it regardless, because that's usually how it goes down.
Most of the time its either a really salty warning or a fine, at least if you are under 18 and they dont catch you with the can in yo hand.
Run as fast as yu possibly can but making turns and weaves so it's harder for the cop to catch up, the cop also usually won't chase for that long so just run like hell and know the area well.
i remeber once, i was about to tag a door at a factory, and i thoyght i herd footsteps, so i quickly shoved the caps on my makers, and booked it on by bike.no one actually was comming, but good thing i booked it, because about 4 seconds after i left,i looked back and saw a cop drive past. dam i thought i was dead meat
Speaking from my expernice you can almost always avoid a cop situation if: 1.you dont look like you write(only time when i wear tight jeans and turtleneck is when i go bombing ) 2.you are aware of your surroundings(eyes and ears wide open all the time,its important you see them before they see you) 3.i bomb mostly on weekends(i live in a smaller town,so if you are out on wednesday 4am you are probably the only person walking around and you will most likely get stopped)this doesn't count for bigger cities i reckon. Anyways if they stop you here with paint on you cops will probably just threaten you and tell you to go home,sometimes even confiscate your paint,not because its the law but because they are corrupted and they can do what they want.tho if they see you painting,pray to god they are lazy asses and run the fast as you can.so much from me uh 1 more thing,always wear rubber gloves you can ditch if shit goes down
Me and my bf were tagging near our house, on a public service building (in case that something broke, they would come to the building to enter in and walk 5 km to where the pipe blow up) and cops drove by, they parked and looked at us for 5 minutes then they got out of the car, I threw my can and jumped on the roof (the building wasn't very tall, like 2m) and ran, my bf just entered in the building and got out at the next exit wich was 500m away... Running away is the best solution, in a country with corrupted cops (If you give them 10$, they will tell to all the cops that you can drive over the speed limit but that's another story )...
