well here in PR it isnt stated so clearly as that in any law, stating that it is legal to paint over posters, but its like the law states that you cant paint over walls and columns, and you paint over the wheatpaste posters your not really painting any part of the walls, so they cant actually put any charges on you.
I actually was bombing one night with Ayds from SF here in San Juan going over some wheatpaste posters in front of some cops in their patrol car and they noticed us and actually did nothing at all.Maybe cuz we stayed calm all along...

your letters still kinda shrink.....but its cool man. i like the fill. did you enter the paint battle? cuz you should...i think it might need entries still..

 

tidy up the letters, other than that its a pretty solid peice, the fills tight and its cleanly painted
