The only thing worse than going to jail for graffiti is going to jail for bad graffiti.

I've done 7 months in jail total. But they tried to give me 5 years.

 

Any thing over a year for graffiti is ludacris. Im not goin for fuck the system, but thats like fuck the system, yuh hear me?

 

but it costs society a lot more...

 

lover tda from here in nv got three years for it about six months ago. his sentence was so harsh cuz he was on probation already for writing when he got caught doing a train. sux man he was just starting college, the graffiti laws are a joke.

 

all i had when I got caught last may was alot of community service. and a probation hearing. i was on porole for 9 months...

right now im looking at anywhere from 1 to 999 days in county for probation violation. but i dont got court for like month or some shit....
fuck kids with big mouths trying to save their own asses.

 

ive been arrested 5 times for graffiti (fuck snitches) the 2nd time i got arrested i got charged with 7 misderminors and a felenoy for resisting arrest got 3 weeks in a group home the 3rd time i got arrested i got charged with 2 felenoys resisting arrest and assault on a officer 5 months juvie up-state and the 5th time i got arrested i got 3 days in federal pen because i got charged as an adult....ummmm yeah my life is fucked

Got a year in juvy, and 4 months prob after that. Poop.

 

psh. first offense, got a day in county.

when i was locked up they asked if i was in a major crew from around my way, and told me if they catch them it's going to be three years minimum.

i'm sure they'd give you parole if they gave you more than a year.

 

i got 3 and a half months and then 2 years probabtion.half of which i was on house arrest.for one tag.that i didnt do.and there was no evidence what so ever that i did.but i still lost the case.aint that a bitch.
