and second, what if your friend that hates you logged on to your account and posted saying you bombed 8 walls? there is no way to prove someone did something wrong on the internet, you're all just paranoid.

I know people on here who have been busted on Myspace, but never heard of anyone busted because of being on here directly, however I know we have to close area based threads from time to time because of suspected police investigation. I read in the newspaper how police found someone on myspace by taking their email addy and then tracing it to an online purchase or some shit... They can find you if you give them reason to. I've also been told by the "big cheif" (I'm not gonna say who it is directly, cuzz I don't know if that warrants trouble for him, so you can figure it out but don't say it outloud) that he's positive that the police do monitor this site so be careful of what you're doing and never be too specific.

PS- I know one ex-cop on here. He's my buddy tho. He even put up a couple of my stickers when we went drinking together. :lol:

then in order to register an account make them go through a background check
and then 2 weeks letter theyll get an account

Yeah, if they want someone bad enough, and they're lucky enough to find you, they'll nab you, but otherwise it's not a big deal. Posting shit in a forum is safer then posting shit on your own web page I think. I don't have a Flickr account for that reason. One option with flickr is to find picks by selecting a location.

i dont know the deal over in America, where im supposing most of you guys come from, but im sure it's a lot harsher than over here in Australia. like ive heared shit like people over there being able tobe busted for carrying a marker, like under some 'carrying graffiti related items' or something insane like this.
over here, you basically HAVE to be caught right in the act. i think even if your in a photo, right next to a piece, and even say its your work, they can't use that as definate evidence, cos you could just say to the cops/court/etc "nar, i just saw it and liked it, and was trying to look cool by saying it was my work"

so basically, i dunno about there in America, but i really doubt they could use ur posts as evidence over here in aus
