One time use is detectable in your system for 1 - 3 days. drinking alot of liquids doesnt flush it out of your sysyem it just dillutes the meatabolites in your urine, so dont bother drinking a ton of liquids unless it's the day of your test.

The testing center will need at least 30 cc of urine for a sample that has not been spilled, and at least 45 cc of urine for a sample that has been spilled. If you don't want to spill your sample, then look at the hash marks on the side of the test container while you are taking the test and fill it to only 5 or so cc.
Finish urinating in the toilet, making sure to be as quiet as possible. Your sample will be much less than the testing center needs.
Alternately, you could urinate in the container and then spill it around the bathroom. Simply tell the test overseer that you spilled it while getting dressed afterwards. Since your bladder will now be empty and the testing center should be close to closing if you scheduled your test correctly, they will not want to wait for another few hours for your bladder to fill and they will reschedule your test. This is easier in real life than it sounds, and generally works every time."

what i do is always have a tiny bottle of bleach on me in case i get tested, but if they send it to a real lab and its not that on the spot doctor office shit you run the risk of them noticing, as for bubble hash, search like pot tv, its so interesting how they make it, i just wanna know if its water they dump the weed in before straining it

well jroc, from what i've gatherd. after runnig multiple tests and consulting other with knowledge of this sort of this... i conclude that this is a pipe, perhaps a little one hitter? but all in all...i'd say you put your smoking substances in the charred part? i mean jroc, it could be rocket science...but i'm not a rocket scientist.
