well i just replaced one of my dabber nibs with code's way and it didnt turn out too well. sorry no flix tonight im too lazy

 

I replaced the spongy nib thing on my dabber according to red alerts instructions.
I did it a little differently though, instead of folding the lip back like he suggested, i just stuck a knife in there and dug it out, that way the lip isn't possibly weaker.
Then I used a small piece of sponge wrapped in a piece of sock as the nib, just use the knife again to push the sock into the lip.
It looks as though it was made that way, thanks red alert, just what I was looking for.

 

C'MON PEOPLE! Its the same as a deo mop. And the opening is not that big, bout the size of that button on the monitor. CRN is right, just use a screwdriver to pop out, not cut, the ball, and make a mop out of it.

 

i hace 1 of those not the same kind but nonetheless the same container
all i used is super glue tape and a rolled up sock just pop of the ball spill or use whats inside roll up a sock put it in glue it and tape it around the edges so it dont spill
****dont forget to add the ink happend to me before

 

the opening looks smaller then a kiwi's nib.

id pop the ball out and add a nib. hopefully the cap will leave enough room also.

 

ya just pop out the ball and pop in a chalkboard felt nib. easy

 

yeah chalkboard felt is best

they're better than otr, because they are FREE! and yeah you can fill it up with homemade ink if its thin enough.

^^ i fuckin did that to the unipaint markers. i spent like 30 minutes fuckin killing myself trying to pry it open. i even went to the garage and got fuckin tools to open it. then i realized it open the other fuckin way...i was pissed
