yeah not steryotyping or soloing anyone out but mexican graffiti defently plays more on the vandalism part, hence the reason why 95% of mexican graffiti is tragic.
Go to the main part of the city where the skating rink and christmas shit is and ask for Isabel La Catolica metro station then ask around for Plaza Isabel La Catolica and in there is the best graff store in Mexico City. As for cheap paint stick to expresarte or Maintain which is like Belton And dont worry, doing at 1am is good enough.
