witness yes, I would call the police. Knowing information about a murder, makes me a witness. I don't have time or interest in sitting in court to testify, so I'll call from a pay phone. Tell all information that I know about this murder in detail, then hang up. Very easy.
id be freaked and probably do nothing for a bit except stand there in shock or run or something then call the cops.. i wouldnt do a court date cause that would reveal what i look like and i dont need some murderer knowing what i look like

I would walk up to the murderer and be like "That was wrong, but Jesus still loves you. It's not too late to change your ways." That would probably teach him a thing or two.
