uh there is a reason why theres copyright etc. That is an exact copy of a gorillas character. If I was the creator of that character and someone copied that shit or tried to sell it for money I would be pissed, and with good reason. If its you design you should get the credit.

People say that copying is the biggest form of flattery, however I have no problem if people copy, as long as they give credit to those they copied.

...really, i'm not an expert on this but i'm guessin:
-rather than creating beautiful thngs, photography is capturing beautiful things
cuz nothing lasts unless you somehow capture it, whether on film or on canvas or on a wall :D etc.

photographs also have to have the properties of all art i.e. composition, perspective (and i forgot what else :p ) otherwise its a shitty photo. that's where the skill is.

what i mean is, take these two photos:
    http://kwizar.deviantart.com/art/Fishs-68544362
    http://lucian252.deviantart.com/art/Flower-68544465

the first one has no immediate focus. u have to look around a couple seconds to find what ur supposed to be looking at. then u realize it's the fishes. why, then, are the fish out of focus? why are the weeds surrounding the pond in focus? no one wants to look at plants when there are animals instead. *bad photograph* it's not art, it just a picture of fishes. and their pond

the second one has an obvious focus, ur immediately drawn to the big flower. thats b/c it's the biggest thing, the closest thing, and the only thing in focus. also imagine how the pic would be different if the east-facing flower was right in the middle of the frame, or on the right side. it wouldn't be as effective, no composition. w/ it on the left side of the frame, this is a *good picture.* (even tho it's boring)

o and Fasho, i like that first one :D

I've never found phtography hard, but I have a photographer as a father.
I've had my fair share of lessons from him so I geuss its not really fair to declair that.

-Find your point of intrest, or location of interest, and then look around it for things that would fit nicely into its composition.

-Use the camera to "frame" the point of intrest.
When doing this you select what things will be added to the compostion of the photo. Remeber the subject doesnt need to be in the middle of the photograph.

Well I'm not much of a teacher but I hope that helps a bit... Look at good photgraphs and try to analyze what makes them good.

Anyways, now I'm going to dump a few of my photos, dont analyze them I'm not saying their good.[My really old film 35mm was used for all of these.]

^Not a great picture but it has a canoe for perspective. The lake was about six times the distance from me to the opposite shore left to right.

^could of framed that better, but a crop tool could fix that.

Finaly, a big ass picture thats in original res. Link form of course.
    Big ass picture
Keep in mind its film to digi conversion. Its kinda grainy if its fully blown up.
