dono if this has been asked? i kno that jus a toy would buy paint, but if its montana type goods n krinks behind glass, its ok ta buy it rite? jus saw some montana in berkeley? msg me please, cus i hate tryna go thro the pages lookin for my post..
#1)Shake the can really well. #2)Hold can upside and press down and release all the aerosol. ALL OF IT. #3)Put can in a vice, find a hammer and nail. #4)Puncture two wholes in the can.. Use common sense. -(one hole for paint to come out the other for air to go in.) #5)Have a container ready to carfully extract paint. #6)Proceed to the ink directory in the help forums and try to locate info on spray paint based mop paint. (also see markers thread if you dont know how to make a mop) I felt like trying to be helpful...
i assume they're asking the alcohol content of vodka because they need alcohol to make their own ink, but don't have any isopropyl on hand. So I said drink the vodka and go rack the isopropyl. But then again I could be wrong.. besides. all you have to do is read the damn bottle. 80 proof is 40% alcohol.
Yes, it's usually considered bad ettiquite to rack that sorta paint because the people that are selling it are generally small shops usually making not much money and doing writers a favour by selling the paint.
how long does it take you to do a piece in your blackbook, from start to finish background, 3d, colors, etc.?
Hello, I have some questions. 1. How can I do lasergraffiti? Just take a laser and write my tag in dark room with it and it will stay seen in air for sometime or something? 2. I have one marker with dried out tip. What should I do with it? I can't buy a new one anywhere. 3. How much does 1 liter(or gallon) of roller paint cover surface? (like in squeer meters or something) Spark
oprah: depends on how good you want it to be, and how good you are. spark: 1) i take it you saw the Graffiti Research Group video? It takes a computer, a projector, image recognition software or something. Way beyond your capabilities. 2) Pull the nib out and soak it in paint thinner or something. 3) Go to the store, pick up a gallon of paint, read the label. It should say somewhere how much it covers in square feet.
to anyone who is just starting painting...GET A PLACE TO PRACTICE where no one will see it, this site is here fir a reason, post your shit in the toys thread. just keep asking qustions, people will tell you when your ready for the streets
One thing i found that is good for practice with spray is that lowes hardware actually sells cement board that are i think ten bucks maybe more but i figure it whould be a good thing to use for practice so your not putting anything bad up on the street and you can spray over it as much as you want. Plus a question, ther is a micheal's opening up in my town is there any good supplies i can get out of that place or no?
