oricle got fucked, didnt he stab someone WHILE on probation? either way, those would be a good find now.
i live a hour and a half south of philly.. the home of the wire.... and i have about 5 oricl stickers left. but im going to get some more printed up.. this was in the baltimore examiner... BALTIMORE (Map, News) - Well-known Baltimore graffiti artist ----- was found guilty of violating his probation in Baltimore City Circuit Court Tuesday. -----, 27, who last year tagged countless pieces of property with the name “Oricl” during his reign as Baltimore City’s self-proclaimed most prolific graffiti artist, was supposed to serve 500 hours of community service after he was convicted of malicious destruction of property in June 2006. As part of his sentence, he was to work with Department of Public Works Crews to clean up the graffiti. But Judge Barry Williams found Tuesday that ----- has completed only 32 hours of community service — and also violated his probation by being convicted of a crime in Baltimore County. In August, a Baltimore County judge sentenced Ellis to eight years in prison after a jury convicted him of attempted manslaughter and assault from a fight that started over a kitten. The Aug. 13, 2006 stabbing arose from an argument with Leyland “Tiger” Mayne while outside a friend’s house. During that trial, ------- testified he nudged Mayne’s kitten; Mayne contends ------ kicked the animal. Mayne and several friends then confronted ------, who testified that he ran inside and grabbed three kitchen knives, then put Mayne in a bear-hug while stabbing him in the back. oricl was the last writer in baltimore to go all city... he was not only my home boy in the graff world. but he was also a good friend. and father.. free oricl.........

im sorry but this made me lol. sad story and my sympathies to the artist, but seriously... a kitten. PS awesome work everyone
oricle was sick for sure, dominated the baltimore scene, he influenced alot of my work way back when i was starting out..hope he keeps his head up in the pen.
that was the way the news paper worded it.. the real story was we were chillin in front of my house."in a ghetto neighborhood" drinkin. when 3 black dudes walk up. and start talking shit. so oricl hit the main one in the face with his batton. the dudes left and came back about 5 minutes later. but this time it was bout 7 or 8 of em... and the one dude had his hand in his dip. like he had a joint. so oricl ran in my house asked my girl where the knives were. then he grabbed a hand full of knives went out side. and stabbed dude in the back like 4 times... there was alot more detail involved.. but im tired of typing.. and my hands broken..
