stupid question buuut. I wanna turn my single ear piercing(standard gun type piercing) into and orbital. so I gotta make another (probably bigger) hole as well right. But what do I do with my first hole? stretch it? re-pierce it bigger? or something else? also, can I put the orbital in and then let it heal or do they have to heal individualy then put the ring in?

And I was talking about getting my 5th tattoo... that turned into the 5th and 6th...and on the day I was getting it it turned 5th,6th and 7th... So I got 3 new ones.. Hey all. Its coming up to my 18th, and im thinking of gettin my first tattoo. I want to incorporate a 5 point start with the letters K, M, J, S, N in/at each point. Not rly sure how to make it look good etc. . If anyone can think of a way to make it look good that would be sick, maybe even draw up a sketch for it or something.
