well, they aren't shit, no need to put your work down.. but your right when you say you need to tone them down. Its probably best if you work on simple letter structure before adding arrows and addons etc, and then from there other things will come.

^^ ternoner, i like that! its lookin good! maybe make the t a bit bigger, so the bottom gets to the same line as the legs of the R, and maybe make the top part of the T bigger, then clean it up, colour it and it'll look even hotter.

meeter - as letters the last 3 letters (e,t,o) are pretty good, but i dont like the M,E. They look shit coz they arent the same size (width-wise) - Make all the letters the same size, width, and tidy it up, fill it and it'll be dope.

k, thanks addicted. whahappen, the s is a lil wierd, the bottom of it makes me think of a smurf, i dunno why :S but otherwise it's pretty good. i think stretch out the bottom of the s more, like make it go to the left more and it'll look better.
