All those letters are lookin real good but id change up those extensions not have them all with the same ones but you're def on the right track man.
you also might want and try the I slanted the same way as the others, not saying it looks bad now just an idea to play with, might give it more flow.

you really need to work on that O cause all your other letters are so ill. Thats really not the structure of an O the left side needs to come out and not be straight, thats whats really throwing it off.

 

dizaster - that's sick dude, the S and E needs to be thickened up a bit tho.

For mano, I would try working on just simple letters like the ones on a keyboard. The throw is too fluffy but keep working at it.
This is a new style i just came up with. It is basically a tag i just went over it to make it look thicker. It says MIND
