      first time EVER using Adobe Photoshop CS3...everything was done in pencil but then iv obviously scanned it in and began to render using CS3 with a mouse...i wont start the facial work untill my Tablet comes.

      You should try out Adobe Illustrator AMK, it's great for what you're doing right there.

      somebody asked me how I painted these again..and its all digital...normally sketched on the computer or on paper and then rendered in photoshop. its helpful to know all of the PS shortcuts with the keyboard like color picking and opacity of the brush and brush size..but other than that its just practice every second you can draw...draw and observe and read and draw..

      setting the brush opacity down to aorund 25% helps alot too.
