Hey i know its late reply but i typicaly use a solvent ( which is probably bad for you) like alcohol or acetone. sometimes even gasoline. You could maybe do good with GOJO mechanic soap. I dont know if tid work but i want to test out isopropyl myristate. its what we use to clean makeup in our SFX studio

I was about to call you a nazi retard but then I noticed I didn't read the word "over" haha
    it's cool.
Use a solvent that can erase paint, try also water and soap with a lot of friction.
    peace.

It's a bit late but what I use is some hand sanitiser, the best way in my opinion. I keep some in my bag and no one suspects anything..
