-the one of the ankle stff or whatever is branding. some branding takes well, while others are absolutely crap. i have seen some bad ones.

-white ink is useless unless your shading on colour then it's fine. some people get a white outline or a light pink out line on their branding to define the lines.

-bar code tattoo on your neck are for FAGS. the bar code on the person's wrist isn't that bad but, the wasted one should be locked up and whipped for having a FAGGY tattoo IMHO.

here in riverside u need to be 18 but wit hte perant consent or sig nature u can get it.
