A good place to look for ultra flat is auto stores. A lot of them carry the camo paints for the rednecks that like painting there truck, and one of the colors is the ultra flat

i got a few of those camo ultra flats before the new caps came out, boy was i bumbed out, also there rusto rip of "rust tough" has the 360 cap system.but it is very nice paint.

 

My local kmart has a combination of new and old cans, so I racked all the old ones.

not sure if this was posted , but wal mart craft section has this elmers crafting glue spray in a can and the tips are rusto fat caps ( orange dots ) ... i usually take stock caps and switch em out , that way they wont get alotta complaints about missing caps and u can keep getting em at ya local store without a fuss being made over time ....

yea, the new krylon caps are so weak. although the only krylon worth racking is the ultra flat. i basically went to like all 4 or so stores that sell krylon, and i only snagged like 2 cans of ultra flat black

 

i cant find a post about this on this page, and yes, im to lazy to flip through old posts

but i was watching tv the other day and noticed rusto universal cans? they look like spray bottles filled with paint....
im just waiting to see if they take over stores like the krylon cans did.
anyone with anynews?

yeah i should have chose a better choice of words , i wasnt trying to say they were , just what they looked like ...

and i wasnt trying to say so as if it was " cool " knowledge .. hahaha . just putting it out there. if most know that already then cool . i aint been spraying since 84 - 85 so it is what it is ... getting my knowledge up ... all good ..

 

I think that they might just be making them available, not replacing all their products with them.

 

Those have been out for a while. Ive seen them at home depot and they spray like a caligraphy cap does.
