^ its cause non painted brick and cement absorb most paint, montana works better, or just use multiple layers or go over someone elses throw
Yes, that KILZ primer white is fucking splendid. The best way to put it is it's like spraying a solid white sticker on the wall. As for outlines, Tar-Based paint works great,or any thick paint.
