So I picked up some oil based enamel paint from hardware store yesterday to mix for mop, first time doing it with paint but after testing it doesn't appear to want to dry. Wondering if I mixed it wrong with the paint thinner or what? Tested this afternoon to see if it was dry from yesterday and paint still wet/tacky. Included a pic of the can. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated
