it depends how much shit youve done.. some people look at 5-10.. i never really got caught in the act, just with some paint in a bag that wasn't on me but by a fresh tag. i said someone else did it and then split. so that just gets u a ticket for the minor in possesion of paint thing.. if you get caught with a marker its the same. dont worry about being caught. ever. just dont get caught. know what i mean?
I got 350 hours community service and a big fine, but no jail time. I was a minor at the time tho. If you're a minor, you don't get jail.
