the OTR.060 paint marker? how old is it? if its new then then just pump it and leave it upside down and let the nib saturate in the ink thats what i did with my flowpen. if its old then maybe wash the nib and thin the ink slightly?

Anyways the pen I like to write with is the BIC Atlantis 1.2 the ink flows really good and the lines stay consistent in thickness not like the gel pens that get thin in certian spots or don't even write at times, besides the ink is clean and it doesn't bleed like the pilot uni-ball

 

Pilot precise v5, or a micron

If you want a smooth pen, don't get a ball-point

streaks are good for phone box's! to make a magnun44 better cut the side of the nib off! like shave a little bit off on each side so it writes more like a chissle and yeh it seems to run better!

Streaks are best all around, but OTRs are probably the smoothest pens available without making you're own shit.
