this isn't a guide but it'll hold you over until one is posted... basically, to make a dual colored streaker you have to freeze it, and take it all the way out of it's tube. using a razor you can then cut it in two. you now have 2 different color streak halves. you put them back into the tube, and let it rewarm so that they should bond together. that's the jist of it.
