Ink question, I just dropped some uber fucking hard staining pen ink... I keep on scrubbing but the shit leaves a big fat ghost. How do you guys get rid of your ink stains?
It's a tiled floor (bathroom) I really can't go out and get thinner cause I'm le-broke and all I have is alcohol and that aint working. My mom and dad will be home in like... 10 minutes? Yeah I'm fucked. What else can I use?
Kay so I ran to my neighbours house and got some spray solvent. It made a mess, but at least it's all clean now
That is the point!.. It does NOT fade... I`ve made a small batch, tried it and put the board on the roof... And well I forgot about it totally... Today I found it after two moths and I was like ok, short memory or what?.. Then I see the date on the board and I was like WTF?... We had in this two months just 3 days of heavy rainfall all the other days it was freaking HOT!... Then came the badabing, the ink was not a lil` bit faded... So well I made some more ink today(gladly I didn`t throw the recipe away already *huh*) and added some stuff to make it a little bit more shinny =) Photos ASAP
For your viewing pleasure Illadel Ink buff test: The xylene buff was Goof Off! Graf remover. The ink i'm working on and will market: Goof Off! is xylene and toluene based. Tests were performed on the same surface with the same chemicals.
3 versions of black (different color stains) and a full 6 color line along with white. The full color line wont be able to preform as well as the black, but I'm still working on the mix. I'm waiting on some new stuff to come in to add and test out. Once I finalize the mix I will likely only be offering the blacks until I get sales to afford making other colors. Would anyone be interested in trading me some Oink and Do 'Em Dirty? I would like to do some buff tests but don't really want to buy an entire mop or refill. All I need is just 1 oz or so of each. Preferably black Oink and whichever black DED. In return I'll send you a mini mop filled with my ink.
