fair enough, i figured if he did work for a shop it was quite obviously knownby more than just writers...plus i don't know any other writers to ask...it's not exactly something people advertise so it's hard to meet them
generally you dont set out to meet writers, it just kinda happens... if you wanna see whats good and whos around, try chillin around tech wall... if you dont act like a fool n shit, might get a convo going with someone who knows a lil bit...ive met some of the better writers in ottawa that way... but dont feel like you NEED to meet people, juss do your own thing

yeah true that, meeting writers isn't all that hype. I've met writers in the past when I was first starting out and most of them were swelled headed writers and i became very disappointed... I'm just saying it might not happen to you but heck, it could happen. do your thing kiddo. the best advice and older writer has given me was: "____, you just gotta get your own" writers are people, so the first you meet them dont ask "What do you write?" cause it's just rude. Happened to me a bunch i end up just lying. haha
word, i appreciate the the input. i know what you're saying too i'm down with doing my own thing...i think its a great way to develop a unique style its just nice to go bombing with someone else sometimes, to keep watch and shit...it's all good though. it isn't going to slow me down. tech walla is the that old basketball court thing over towards one of the hull bridges off bronson??
