yer the graffiti scene i heard is immense there...i think its the fact of the police being so chilled....well tis what i heard i dont know if it really is that relaxed and shit over there.....but i remember some guys telling me on the henxs forum that near enough any wall is legal...most people couldnt give 2 shits....
ive been to the netherlands a few times, mainly passing through to get to somewhere else, and the people are just relaxed about everything. everybody seems to do what they want, nothing really suprises them or offends them, they are just easy going. graff wise strong colourful scene, which gets on well with the public. basiclly they are everything that the UK isnt!
