i do everything in pencil for the outline usully, then go over it with a micron or a pilot or whatever i have, then color it with prismas and crayolas..

 

cess gets his ideas from drugs...lol

 

Trip out on acid then look at a blank page. If you don't get any ideas, then you're hopeless j/k just experiement with basic things then go bigger go wilder.

Anyways experimenting with a throw up karak, came up with this. Inspired by Popeye sort of animation. Thoughts?

Just make plain cylinders first, then 'carve' them into arms and legs. and hands and feet are just blocks, and then carve those too.

EDIT - Yea, thanks, cess. It was inspired by that style of animation. I'll keep working him till i'm happy. I'm busy working on slaps right now .
