I know this doesn't sound like help but the best thing you can do is draw. Just doodle nonstop. Try to draw perfect circles and lines. Just put whatever first pops into your head on paper, no matter how whack it seems. It's just like everything else, it takes practice.
i just made a stencil on photoshop, i took a pic, went to grayscaling and "notepaper" which makes the special stuff to make the pic stand out. il scan or take a pic of it later. other than that, how do i make 2-side stencils
