you can get gentian violet at a drug store. or maybe a chemical supply store vif your drug store dosn't have it.

 

i got lots of prismas for trade or cash. 1.50 per prisma.

 

i have a bunch of etch if anybodys interested. its etch bath, so its in liquid form. you can use it in kiwis.

 

you'll get into deep deep shit, if you mailed it through usps. especially if you're under 18 and they see that its been used, you'll be charged alot.

etch isn't illegal. why would i get into shit for it. and theres no way they can prove that it was being used for graffiti.

 

depends on the city you're in. i know for sure that here in nyc, the cops caught on with graff and the tools used.
