For the expression and the art and shit like that. Maybe once I go and do some illegal stuff I will do it for the rest of it but for now just the expression and art form.

It's hard to explain..

 

i do it cuz graffiti is just plain awesome. i like the way it looks(the art), i like the rush of being "bad"(the adrenaline), the idea of having sum1 u dont know see wut u did(the fame) and the way that graff is a culture by itself, like skating or music.

everything about graff makes me love it. Before graff i had pretty low self value, now its like wow im somebody now. When i get pissed off about something or cant take whats going on in the house i just go out and do me and its better. When i feel like the world sucks and i just wanna fuck something up i just grab a marker or two and blast everything i come across. Id be in DH or someother kind of trouble if i didn't write, so i think graff has helped me out more than anything.

 

I have serious thrill issues...so id say its the adrenaline rush haha

 

hmmmm i love expressin maself n like the adrenaline rush. Its kinda a 2 way thin. Wen i first tag its like an addiction n it was really hard to stop - aka adictive personality.

 

I know it sounds corny, but I do it to express myself. When I do it, I put in everything that is going on in my mind at the moment. If I'm pissed off at something, it's like a "fuck you" to society. If I'm feeling good, I do it to bring a work of art to the community, to make the streets look better. I, like most writers that I know, had low self esteem before getting into graffiti. When I put up something, it's there y'know? It's my work, and anyone can see it.

I remember when I used to tag my school and I had been going all out for like a week (it was thursday) because I had beef with this guy. I was standing by one of my tags in the hall (fuck you pussys that can only get up in the bathroom) and this girl was walking by and she goes to her friend "What does this mean because I've been seeing it everywhere lately"
